Walter is a native of Rockingam County North Carolina. He began his own company in 1994 after working several years for Wagoner Septic. Now, having over 30 years experience , and being the company owner, Walter also currently serves a board member of North Carolina Onsite Wastewater Contractor Inspector Certification Board. He is dedicated to continually improving the Septic Industry through education and increased standards of operation.

Shannon James, Operations Manager

Shannon, a native of Rockingham County, NC, embarked on a remarkable journey after an illustrious 18-year career in the healthcare industry. In 2013, she made the bold transition to become a North Carolina Real Estate Broker, driven by a passion for safeguarding her clients' interests. Over the years, her dedication to excellence led her to continuously expand her credentials. In 2016, Shannon achieved another milestone by obtaining her septic inspector license from the NCWOCICB, thus enhancing her brokerage services. Alongside Walter, she began managing James Septic, further diversifying her expertise. Today, Shannon stands as the proud owner of a reputable real estate firm, serving the entire Triad area with integrity and commitment. Additionally, she shares her wealth of knowledge and experience by providing education for fellow brokers, embodying her unwavering dedication to both her profession and community.
